You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Dazed’s control.
 
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following Monday or business day. In case your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at dazed@dazed.fun. If we are unable to deliver your item(s) within a further 10 days, you will receive a refund.
